Look at all the pretty lights!

Last year when we went to Santa's Wonderland, Noah couldn't appreciate it. This year we piled in the Tahoe with the Kerstens and headed out to see all the pretty lights. Noah loved it. We were a bit worried because it kept him up past his bedtime, but he did great.

Can you tell that he is tired?

Jeremy loved all the LED lights that were new this year. It brought the Clark W. Griswold out in him.

Loves his hat

We took Noah outside to play, but it was a little chilly and windy. So, I put a hat on his head. I always get ear aches when it is cold and windy. I didn't want him to have the same problem. When we came in for lunch, Jeremy put Noah in his chair and took off he hat. Talk about a meltdown. He wanted to keep it on. He played around the rest of the day with a hat on his head inside.

Ready for Church

These were taken after the haircut where I took a pair of clippers to his head. He and Daddy were dressed and ready for church. They were waiting for me to get finished.

So handsome!

Working hard on his laptop.

Thanksgiving 2008

We spent Thanksgiving at my parents in the Valley this year. We got to see lots of family and had lots of time to visit. They were lots of little ones running around. My mom & dad have 4 grandbabies under the age of 4 and 2 teenage grandkids. Mom wanted us to take pictures with all her grandbabies. I said with great confidence, "Tell me take them. No need to go to Sears and pay lots of money. I can do it much cheaper." Easier said than done. The first pictures is all I got. Trying to get 3 toddlers to sit still and smile is hard enough, but through in a moody teenage girl. Talk about frustration. Dylan, 15, and Will, 6 months, were the only ones that had a good attitude.

Don't you wish you could sleep like this in a noisy house?

Doesn't it look like they are really hunting?

Busted! This is a funny story. We were at Mom's, and all of a sudden I realized that Noah and Rebecca were missing, and it was too quiet. So, the search began. It ended in Mom's bathroom. They had crawled into her tub fully clothed with shoes and were washing Jerod's stuffed animals. It was hilarious.

What's that white stuff?

Many of you know that it snowed in BCS in early December. What you don't know is that Jeremy swore up and down that it was not going to snow. He may not remember this fact. So, when we woke up that morning, I heard from the living room, "It SNOWED!" He was quite astonished. It snowed more that night, but we didn't get any pictures. It accumulated about 2-3 inches which hadn't happen in more than 20 years. These pictures are from the morning. Oh, Noah wouldn't have a thing to do with it.

A new kind of torture

Our neighbors rented a backhoe & front-end loader to dig a burn pit. They told Jeremy that if he needed it for anything, he could come borrow it. Anyone that has a boy knows that this is torture for a little boy because they love tractors and going for rides. Noah is no exception. We got to ride with Daddy as he drove it over from next door, but as he worked, Noah had to just watch.

Notice he is wearing shorts in the evening. This is only a few days after it had snowed.

He got distracted for a few minutes by rocks. He loves dragging rocks from the driveway. You can find them in his tractors, bike, and car.
