Spring Break 2009

We went to San Antonio for Spring Break. We meet up with Memaw, Pepaw, Jerod, Uncle Justin, and Aunt Jess. Thursday night we went to eat on the Riverwalk at County Line. Considering it was so late, I think the kids did great. On Friday, we went to SeaWorld. It was packed. We didn't take as many pictures as normal. We kept forgetting. There was so much to see.

Uncle Justin, Aunt Jess, & Jerod

Waiting to get a table at County Line.

It is hard to see the clock, but it is 10:35 PM after we finally got back from the Riverwalk.

Jerod is mad because he wants to ride in Daddy's truck to SeaWorld. We didn't take Daddy's truck.

They like riding together so most of the time I pushed an empty stroller.

Don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys...

We went to Cavender's to buy Jeremy a new belt because he left his other one at his parent's. We left with a little more. Noah found this hat and wore it all through the store. Of course, he had to have it. Thankfully, it was cheap. Doesn't he look so cute?

Mohawk

Daddy was having fun with Noah's hair in the bath. Wouldn't he look cute with a mohawk?

Look at all the pretty lights!

Last year when we went to Santa's Wonderland, Noah couldn't appreciate it. This year we piled in the Tahoe with the Kerstens and headed out to see all the pretty lights. Noah loved it. We were a bit worried because it kept him up past his bedtime, but he did great.

Can you tell that he is tired?

Jeremy loved all the LED lights that were new this year. It brought the Clark W. Griswold out in him.

Loves his hat

We took Noah outside to play, but it was a little chilly and windy. So, I put a hat on his head. I always get ear aches when it is cold and windy. I didn't want him to have the same problem. When we came in for lunch, Jeremy put Noah in his chair and took off he hat. Talk about a meltdown. He wanted to keep it on. He played around the rest of the day with a hat on his head inside.

Ready for Church

These were taken after the haircut where I took a pair of clippers to his head. He and Daddy were dressed and ready for church. They were waiting for me to get finished.

So handsome!

Working hard on his laptop.

Thanksgiving 2008

We spent Thanksgiving at my parents in the Valley this year. We got to see lots of family and had lots of time to visit. They were lots of little ones running around. My mom & dad have 4 grandbabies under the age of 4 and 2 teenage grandkids. Mom wanted us to take pictures with all her grandbabies. I said with great confidence, "Tell me take them. No need to go to Sears and pay lots of money. I can do it much cheaper." Easier said than done. The first pictures is all I got. Trying to get 3 toddlers to sit still and smile is hard enough, but through in a moody teenage girl. Talk about frustration. Dylan, 15, and Will, 6 months, were the only ones that had a good attitude.

Patty cake with Pepaw and Will.

Don't you wish you could sleep like this in a noisy house?

Doesn't it look like they are really hunting?

Busted! This is a funny story. We were at Mom's, and all of a sudden I realized that Noah and Rebecca were missing, and it was too quiet. So, the search began. It ended in Mom's bathroom. They had crawled into her tub fully clothed with shoes and were washing Jerod's stuffed animals. It was hilarious.
